The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

The Loading LSPD:FR or the RagePluginHook loading screen?

You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

    LSPD:FR Screen sorry!
    It loads the clip of michael on the sofa and then its a blank screen with the circle loading icon in the corner and it just stays that way!
    I even tried loading gta and then loading rage but the same thing

    Yeah without loading Rage it goes to the first Franklin mission i think
