GTA 5 Launcher keeps running in offline mode

Featured Replies

Okay, so i do not know whats going on but my launcher keeps running in offline mode, saying "Offline Mode: can not establish connection" . The game only seems to run when I delete the launcher and reinstall it. when i do this, the regular game runs fine, but thats only if i do not exit the game, if i do, then the launcher will not work. I recently updated my LSPDFR backup config and I added a some new outfits but that was done to the MODS folder, so at least, if that was the problem then the MODS folder is the problem.

Things I have tried:

.  run Ragehook and the regular game in administrator mode

.  letting my Grand Theft Auto V folder, Ragehook and GTA 5 applications run past my anti-virus

. Turning off router
