LSPDFR crashes when receiving callout

Featured Replies

Hello All, LSPDFR was working perfectly fine until i updated changed the app settings to high performance which made my game work 10 times better. To save someones precious time I did reinstall lspdfr and gta v with no mods just to see if mods were the issue and can confirm it still crashes when receiving a callout with no other mods. Manually installed ragehook and is the newest version as well. will attatch crash log. Thank you in advance, i love this community as well as the mod.

Welcome, you have the infamous "SlimDX" error.
There are many posts about this on LCPDFR.com but the solution is never the same.

I'll try and list a few things I've seen to have worked in the past:

1. Restart of the PC.

2. A complete sfc scannow

3. Antivirus exceptions

4. Reinstallation of the .NET packages for Windows.

5. Cleaning the GTA V folder to make it vanilla and starting over.

You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

Okay first of all a HUGE thank you for responding, Secondly could you explain what "sfc scannow" means?, Ive added the antivirus exception already as well as only using a stock/vanilla gta install

It basically scans your OS for any faults.

Open CMD as admin, then type it in. Should look like this:

That's good, first of all.

Try checking Windows Updates, too, if necessary.
