Help, problems with LSPDFR

When i turn on sirens, bumpers/spoilers start appearing and disappearing on my car, and police uniforms are broken, when I go on duty, the mod selects a broken outfit for me and all npc units. Sometimes it's random clothes, nothing to do with police. What is going on in my game?

Is the car ELS?
If so, go into the .xml of the car located at GTA/ELS/Pack_default and set the extras to ELSControlled = False instead of True.

Which extra is which can be tested via a Trainer or the LSPD:FR garage.

If you are using EUP, did you install the LSPD:FR EUP Configs?

Yes, i just fixed this problem, came across another problem now, I can't go on duty, LSPDFR crashes when I do that, Ig to Rage Native Ui and still no luck
