The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    I can't see the bottom half of your folder, so I'm going to assume you don't have ScriptHookV installed, which you need for ELS to work. You can get it from here: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

    Drag dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll into your main GTA V folder, replace files if prompted. You don't need the Trainer files.
