The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try lunching GTA normally without rage while your mods folder is names "mods" and see what happens.

 

Try going into the rage settings and clicking on the plugins tab and selecting load these plugins on startup and once you’ve done that check every plugin except lspdfr and see if your RPH will lunch.

I made a wild guess that maybe it was just the specific car pack I had downloaded. I downloaded a fresh one, everything is working perfectly. I'd like to thank you both for your effort in helping me resolve these issues!

    If you replaced the vehicle, then you should be fine. If they are showing up as Sheriff, try looking at your backup.xml in the lspdfr/data folder and make sure the backup is set correctly.

    My bad...that was the wrong file. Is there one somewhere in the lspdfr called Regions.xml or CustomRegions.xml?
