Is there a way to change the division number and maybe the beat number on the skins of your vehicles?  I know how to export it in OIV and I guess you could somehow change it in paint or some type of photoshop program.  Not sure exactly how though.  So many skins have 01 as their division number.  I would like to change that to something else. 

You would do it like you said, export it out (make sure to save a backup) then work on it in paint. Basically use the color picker to pick both the background color so that you can override the number and the number color itself. Then find a font and size close enough to the rest and bingo you got a new division number! Hardest part is trying to find the right font.

Oh Ok.  Thanks for pointing out to do the background color too.  Didn't think of that.  I'll see if do that.  I think you have to save it in PNG?  So you happen to know why?  What happens when you save it in JPEG?
