Sorry, for anyone that actually read my story entries I know I'm SUPER late for this entry but I've just been slacking lately but it won't happen anymore.

Operation Paladin
April 22, 2020 - 9:45 AM PST

 

Entry Denied?
On April 21, 2020, San Andreas Highway Patrol Trooper, Ace Quinn was kidnapped while off duty in Los Santos when temporarily leaving a late-night party with his peers.

The state of San Andreas searched viciously and fiercely all night in fear of a cop killer, one of the worst types of criminals. Around 7:02 AM PST, an LSPD helicopter unit suspected some strange activity in East Los Santos at this pillow factory. Once confirmed with property owners and local units it was quickly figured out that this could be a possible spot that Ace and maybe even other police could be taken, hostage at.

Fresh coffee and the fresh smell of meth filled the Mission Row police station on this early Wednesday morning. In her overpriced yet work provided unmarked vehicle, Kristen pulled into the reserved staff parking spaces on Atlee Street. “Who the hell parked in my spot?!” she thought as she was forced to take an unreserved spot 3 blocks away from the station… you gotta love LS traffic! She walked into the police station to find a high school kid being dragged to the cells downstairs by two officers. As she signs into the employee book at the check-in desk, “Yikes, what was that about?” Referring to the yelling arrested child she was. The man at the front desk just sighed and gave her a nod. A bunch of high school kids, all drunk with their clothing ripped up in pieces, filling up the entire waiting chair section in the lobby. With a quirky eyebrow raise and a smirk, Kristen proceeded to the locker room to get into her slim uniform when her female boss comes rushing in telling her to put on her tactical uniform as the team already have an assignment this morning.

 

Rushing downstairs to the SWAT briefing room, she meets up with the rest of her team. “What’s the deal, Cap?” she asked as she lined up with her teammates.
“Okay people, this morning we have a serious call. We possibly have multiple downed officers at this location, on the Eastside about 4 blocks from the river. Both of our swat teams are responding to this place,” Adam, the squad leader, announced as he pointed to the location on the map on the projector wall image. “Team B is going to arrive from the South. They’re going to be crossing these railroads lines and fences and forcing themselves along with the southern doors. We’re going to be Team A, as we’re going to be doing the rescuing instead of just defending. We have an easy entry on the Northside right off the expressway. Our primary goal is Quinn and whatever other officers are there. Do not, and I mean do not try to go out of your way to chase down these guys. The department has the neighborhood blocked down. If they try to run, they’re going to meet up with a unit sooner or later. We know our assignment so make sure you have all of your weapons checked out, and your comms are working, and let’s hop in the bear.” The team is as follows; Adam (squad leader), Ken (driver & mechanic of the bearcat), Ian (police officer II), & Kristen (police officer II).

 

They all get in the truck and start riding full code 3 to the location until they get in a ½ mile radius then a full code 2.
Meanwhile…

 

Eastside Vacation
Nothing but black and red. Lava loudly growls across the entire factory, while darkness slightly ran all over. With each one of his feet and arms tied down to a different built-in object, Ace is forced to just sleep. In the first couple of hours, he tried to find a way to get loose. A couple of hours following, he actually tired those ways. The few hours after that, he was kindly taught by his kidnappers why to not perform those ways again.

He hits the back of his head by mistake when he tries to see a mistaken shadow in the corner of his eye. His nice brown head hit right on the bottom of the solid concrete floor. Nothing but echo and mistake-filled the giant room. Tap, tap, tap, tap, clank. “Well Ace my boy, it’s breakfast time.” One of the kidnappers teased. They slowly walked up and pushes an already peeled banana onto his chest. “If you wish to eat, you pig, you better find a way to eat the banana… if not well… there’s nothing else for you here besides the friendly ghosts and the cockroaches.”

 

Arrival

“Okay, team we’re pulling into the lot of the pillow factory. Kristen you’re going to be in the front with the shield. Ken is going to be right behind you with the shotgun with Ian and me behind with our AR’s.” the leader announced as they pulled up to the factory.

BAM! The back door the bearcat blasts open as 4 four SWAT members flow out of it. Kristen still with her shield in her hand puts two lasers on the doorknob to quietly blow it up. As the team forces their entry into the factory. “Left, left, middle, lower right!” Adam shouts to the team as they get into their new positions once in the new area.

The team swipe up and down the factory and found no “bad guys” lurking around, but they found Ace. He was laying on the dirty floor with deep rope marks on his body but he was detached from them as if someone had cut them.

Ace sees the bright flashlights from the SWAT team’s rifles. “Hello? Hey, hey! I’m up here!! I’m okay! I’m okay, I’m up here! Hello!!” He shouted as if it were for his life.

Kristen and Ken go up to Ace to help. “Hello, Ace, we’re the LSPD SWAT Team A, we’re here to help. Do you feel any pain before we transport you?”

“No, no.. just some general arm and leg pain but I’m fully functional. Where did the terrorist go? There was only of him!” He responds.

Kristen looks back at Ken and back to Ace confused, “Sir, there wasn’t anyone else in the building…”

The team gets Ace back to the bearcat safely and as the crime scene fills up with local LSPD for crowd control, detectives, FIB, and some SAHP units to figure out what happened.

 

A Powerful Bond
Ace is stuck sitting on the back of the ambulance while they check his vitals and signs for anything serious that may be blind to the naked eye. In the corner of his eyesight, he noticed Gale running up to him in his off duty clothes.

 

“Ace!” Gale yells as he sees his young partner, living perfectly fine and not dead, totally not like how thought…

 

“Hey man, it’s nice to see you. Last time we spoke, you were trying to pressure me into buying party snacks haha.” he joked.

 

Gale sits next to Ace as the EMTs walk away to another spot, “Last time I check, that candy tried to commit second-degree murder on a police officer.”.

 

With a smirk, “I’d say the candy bars and the soda had it out for me from the start. Let’s change that to the first degree because I think they planned it!” as Ace further the joke.
“Well true. That’s why you got a bigger paycheck than me, haha…” Gale finishes. The weak smile turns into a frown, “We were scared man. It may have only been overnight, but myself. Your parents. We were all scared to death bro. We thought we were going to lose you!”

 

Ace takes a hard gulp. “What about Tina?”

 

“What about her? She blamed herself for this entire thing, as she was the party host. She’s not here, she’s at her house.”

 

“What about the terrorist guy? The kidnapper?” Ace followup.

 

Gale stands up and knees down to Ace’s eye level, “Ace, caught his name. Katv Terrik. A Russian criminal that got past customs, but he’s on a watchlist, so how he got past our airport customs in 2020… it confuses me. But I will say Ace, it’s good that this guy acted alone.”

 

Ace gives a look.

 

“To clarify, this guy is known for killing off loose ends. Partners and his victims. He may have a team of 5 at the start of his project, but at the end of it, it’ll always be himself. Bigger cut. Bigger control over stuff. All mistakes are his own, instead of sloppy teammates. But anyway, Ace, I got to go and I bet the EMTs are ready to release you. Take to you soon man!” He finishes.

 

“Okay, well take care man. See ya soon.”

The two friends wave at each other goodbye.

 

Endgame
April 29, 2020 - 3:21 PM PST

 

At the SAHP Los Santos Metro Division office, Ace is working his last few hours of strictly desk duty following the situation.

 

The guy that kidnapped Ace at this point and time is very known to law enforcement but they just need to catch him. Ace is looking over files to make he didn't miss anything important, and well he just did. Katv wasn't the only kidnapper. There was another- the brains of crime. But when Ace sees the brains, Joe, on Katv’s crime record as a family member he knew Katv would Joe a visit either for good or bad either way it's a chance to catch Katv in the act.

 

Ace dials up Gale who's on patrol riding solely. “Ace, what you want bud? Need some help with some paperwork?”

 

“Haha, fuck off. I got a lead on Katv.”

 

“Okay, Ace, spill.”

“Katv has a family member working at the gas station down by the grove. The family member also so happens to be apart of the whole thing behind closed doors.”

 

“So since Katv has a loose end to an unsuccessful kidnapping he would want to close them out before the feds found out about them.” Gale questions.

 

With a confirming smile, “Bingo.” Ace finishes. “I only have 2 hours left on desk duty, I know my supervisor wouldn't mind me going on duty to finally finish this once and for all. Meet me at the gas station, Gale.”

 

“Sure thing Ace, just make sure to actually wait for me this time before advancing.”

Ace puts on his coat and rushes out of the door to drive to the Davis gas station. He arrives on the scene and Katv is already there with Joe at gunpoint while Joe’s at work!

“The hell with waiting!”

 

Ace gets his gun and turns on the megaphone from his squad car. ”Hey Katv, it's me. Your old buddy. How about you let Joe go, man, there's no need to kill him, man!”

 

Katv takes note of Ace and grabs the microphone from the gas station counter on the inside to see with the speakers on the outside, ”I’m not giving up you stupid fucking American. My life, my goals, my career! Gone! Reduced to fucking ashes because of the mighty LSPD! Well no more! Luckily for me, there's isn't an entire SWAT team to protect you this time so no need for me to flee again. It ends here! Right here, right fucking now!!”

 

Grabbing the megaphone again, ”Technically I'm not an LSPD officer Katv, I'm a SAHP trooper.”

 

Katv points closer to Joe.

 

”Okay okay!” Ace warns, ”How about this deal. You let Joe live and run off, and you can have me? Okay? That's a good deal?”

 

”It’s perfect. Put your cheap, American weapon on the ground and slowly walk to me, and I'll let the rat live another day!”

 

Ace did as he was told. With Gale 17 blocks out responding full-on code 3, Ace is on his own for this one.

 

He walks very slowly up to the cash register counter, bends down as he was told by Katv. “Okay, Katv, I did what you told me to do how you wanted me to do it. Now can you let Joe go? He has zero reasons to be hur-”

 

Ace was interrupted by the single, headshot performed by Katz on Joe. Joe just’s laying on the ground, dead. Blood flow across the gas station tiles like water falling off a rocky mountain. Ace grabs the extra gun he kept in his ankle holster solely for this risky event call, and he shot the gun out of Katv’s hands and held him up at gunpoint.

 

“Katv Terrik, you are formally under arrest for penal code 207, simple kidnapping; penal code 187 first degree murder; and penal code 243c, battery on a police officer causing injury. You broke my nose before you left the factory you asshole, I didn’t forget that!”

Katv groans.

 

Ace keeps talking, “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand?”

 

Katv groans even louder.

 

“Seem like moa- I mean groaning is in your natural nature. Nice to meet another bottom!”

 

He tries to punch Ace, but he’s in handcuffs.

New Beginnings & A Brighter Start
The Next Morning

“So Ace?”

 

“Yeah, Gale?”

 

“Ace, can you please hurry up and pick what you want? The drive-thru line is getting longer and we have to start our tour soon dude.” Gale begs.

 

“Yeah yeah, I’ll get the number #5! The Extra Creamy Jumbo Shake and French Fries!”

 

“Okay, will that be all?” The cashier asks.

 

“Does the combo come with a drink?!” Ace double asks.

 

“It comes with a drink, sir.” The cashier tirely confirms.

 

Ace looks at the annoyed face of Gale. Back at the menu. Back Gale… and again back at the menu, “Yeah that’ll be all bro.”

 

“Okay. Your total will be $15.79 in total, for the total… man. And remember, once it pings, eat like kin-” The intercoms hangs up.

Ace and Gale grab their food and start driving on the expressway into the city.

 

“So you’re glad you’re back on normal patrol, Ace?”

 

“Are you glad, I’m finally letting you drive? Haha, but no no seriously man, I’m happy to be back! I fucking love this job man.”

 

“Okay, Ace, I’m glad to have you back too. You ready to change some lives for the better?”

 

“Hell yeah!” Ace shouts.

“Call it in man,” Gale says.

 

Ace grabs his radio with his ketchup covered hands, “1J19 to dispatch, 1J19 to dispatch.”

 

“Dispatch to 1J19.”

“1J19 to dispatch, please show me 10-41, 10-8 available for calls.”

“Showing you actively 10-8. Be safe, 1J19. Be safe."
