So im aware that certain sirens are able to be customized in the Vehicles awc but for some reason im trying to put in a CHP siren in the game and it doesnt sound like the original file when i play it on gta 5 it sounds like its slowed down and pitch is low now when i play it on my desktop music app it sounds fine like an actual siren is there a reason this is happening ?? ive tried it for siren wail 2 and siren wail 1 and both of them are getting the same issues i even tried it with sheriff granger siren and it still a muted siren and cant be customized can someone help my situation

 

this is the siren im using atm and my main police siren is used for my Lapd Fleet and Firetruck Siren used for EMS/fire
