I keep getting attacked by this guy whenever I launch the game.

So I keep getting attacked by the same character model everytime I launch the game and I'm not sure why? A red blip appears within about 1 minute of coming on duty, and then he usually appears in a bus or a car, and drives like a lunatic smashing into things forcing me to apprehend him. The name in stop the ped is always the same as well, ''Bryce Shepherd'' DOB: 10/16/1974. I would quite like to find out who this mystery character is and make him go away and stop appearing in my games, as it somewhat kills the immersion.

He is from the illuminati.

Joke, maybe its the lspdfr stolen vehicle ambient spawn (a red dot blinking, holding B will make a pursuit)
