The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Should be fine, LSPDFR doesn't require much more then GTA itself. If you begin having lag issues or texture loss, you could always turn down your graphics.

 

What graphics card do you have?
