Rename mods folder to _mods and try again.

I've had problems with LSPDFR in the past but was able to resolve em, i'm confused as to why it's doing this now.

That was probably because i had RAGENativeUI.dll in my plugins folder, i will see if reinstalling script hook works.

Also, is this normal because im pretty sure i have a few more plugins than this.
