This is the way I look that it, 1 you can film with fraps but will be suck with crappy videos and laggy games.

Or you can spend the few bucks to buy bandicam

If you set the recording location to another drive, such as another hard drive or an external one, you get less FPS loss.

I'm going with what Tom said on this one...I haven't tried it YET so I probably will update the post.

Two reasons why this could be happening.

1.) Your CPU is too weak to run FRAPS and a game at the same time.

2.) You have a frame-limiter activated in the FRAPS options.
