The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Does anyone have or know of another way to check license plates?

Maybe ALPR Lite. from the dude who made Stop The Ped. Never used it but it checks the plate of the car infront of you i believe.

    I speak with Beljojo from time to time.  He is the maker for Stop the Ped and Ultimate back up.  He is working on a plate check through Stop the Ped. 

    The only other alternative is to pull a vehicle over.   Use something like Compulite to get vehicle info.

    no there is no other way to get a plate check if you want a plate check you need to acess the police smart raido and then the first one is for the plate check and if you do ask dispatch to give you a plate check it will first to standby for the plate check and then dispatch wil read back the plate number and then it will show you flags on the car or it will show you no flags on the car
