It's likely one of the following (these are the most commonly edited files):

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
- handling.meta
- dlclist.xml
- gameconfig.xml

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

- vehicles.meta

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data
- carvariations.ymt
- carcols.ymt

Check to see if you've edited any of them, you can look at the attributes field in OpenIV - edited ones are not encrypted, see my screenshot for examples. My carvariations.ymt has been edited, my carcols.ymt has not.

I'd suggest reverting back to your original meta files by copying them to your desktop from your base GTA V files in OpenIV, then putting them into the proper locations listed above into your mods folder. It's likely you either did not install a vehicle meta file, or you installed it incorrectly when using custom vehicles. Keep in mind that you should not just drag and drop to replace vehicle meta files. You should copy/paste and add the individual entries, as replacing the file will remove required metas entries for other cars you've installed.

Hope this helps,
Zen

The log you provided shows an error:

"Cannot load invalid model with hash 0x79fbb0c5"

This is usually a vehicles.meta issue - something is missing or incorrect in the meta file. Restore your original GTA V one, then test your game with that.

No, that hash is for the vanilla police.yft/.ytd model, it's not a ped or player model 🙂

The vehicle meta you should edit is Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5.

In the future, you just need to open vehicles.meta file that is with a download, then copy and paste the entries for the cars that are affected by the pack/model you're installing. For example, if you're only changing police, police2 and police3, then you only need to edit those entries in the downloaded meta file and replace your existing meta file entries with those new ones... does that make sense?
