Apologies if this is a common question, but i'm in the process of creating my first vehicle in Zmoddler. I have followed the tutorials as closely as I can but when in game my vehicles lightbar is all illuminated and stuck on. I'm not sure what is causing this. Could it be an ELS .xml issue?

which is the car model name? POLICE? POLICE2? SHERIFF?, go to

 

\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default\@ UNUSED 

 

And copy the "sample VCF.xml" then paste at 

 

\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

 

rename the file with ur car model name and test

I managed to fix the issue. I had named the extras_ wrong in zmoddler.
