The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I ALREADY TRIED: 

Reinstalling entire game

checked files with steam

removing mods folder making new one + adding cars back = crash

removed mods folder but kept GTA cars + kept all plugins = worked

Removed LSPDFR+ as you see in the video me hit (2) to continue = still crashed

Removing plugins and only keeping normal LSPDFR plugin = crashed

Tried a police station to go on duty and then the garage crashed on me

 

How come on duty I can't use a police car but when off duty I can use them? I can use any other on duty as long as it's not a police car

    And clean out your /Plugins/LSPDFR folder.
