The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Turn off ambient events. Do this by going to your lspdfr.ini file (in the lspdfr folder), and put "Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true" 
Then, go to a new line and put "Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true" 

If this doesn't work, send a new log

Where do you even find this, I do not see this anywhere in my LSPDFR folder, all im seeing is keys and lspdfr config. settings. and that isn't in either of them...
