Hi guys,

I'm relatively new to the GTA IV modding scene, so bare with me here. I'm using ELS v5 (I find I crash a lot with v6) and when I throw the lights on my cars are fixed. I'm unable to break the windows or anything, however when lights are off they are breakable.

    It's the GOD mode "bug" of ELS, one of the many annoying set backs that comes with ELS, this is how it was designed. ELS is no longer being developed, but there is talk of Illumination V2.0, but that wont even hit the table until LCPDFR stable is released.
