I'm not too sure if this has been brought up before but after watching Jeff Favignano on YouTube and hearing his edited police loudspeaker audio, I was wondering if it was possible to have an actual, live megaphone/loudspeaker mod in single player (not RP servers) that would require you to hold a key on your keyboard and for whatever you say into your microphone to come blaring out of your cruiser with the megaphone distortion whenever you want, either when you're inside your car or when your standing outside the driver-side door (For example, you're after a wanted person, you have their house surrounded and you tell them to come out with their hands up from your car or you pull a car over and you tell the driver to exit the vehicle with their hands up while you've got them at gunpoint)

 

I know it probably won't be possible to have the AI react to what you say but I thought the general idea of being able to yell whatever you wanted from your cruiser in-game could make things a tiny bit more immersive, maybe as just a miscellaneous mod.

It could be that the AI responds to this, so Vocal Dispatch does this by taking the words from your sentence that are needed to call backup, for example!

Im not putting any nails on coffins here since i dont know the full capacities of the game. But i would say nearly impossible since that would mean a direct streaming of your voice into the game. I dont think the engine allows such thing since all audio emitters in-game are operated by pre recorded audio files.

Police Megaphone showcases that perfectly. You can put your own voice on a loudspeaker, but has to be pre recorded audio. Streaming is a whole different ball game.
