The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello,

I've been having this problem for the past week or so, but got no luck looking deep down on the forums. I've tried clean installing my GTA 5, and I don't have another GTA 5 folder. I only have the windows firewall and its off, everything is up to date, but for some reason the game won't start. I've ran RPH as administrator and changed the timeout to 60000, I don't have any albo plugins as i've seen it can cause a problem. I also can't seem to find the log file, maybe because it downs't hook the game it does not have a log file. Please can someone help me with this, I've been searching the web for long enough.

    I actually got it working, you need to turn off GeForce Experience in game overlay, that messes up with RHP.
