Ok I was Playing GTA IV LCPD FR but then all of my KeyBind Commands Are Suddenly Gone... I tried Everything But Still Some Of The "Important" Binds Are Totally Gone.. 

For Ex. LeftAlt+F12 Normally Opens The Evacuate Area Menu Or Or Some Other Commands... Can Someone Tell Me How To Fix The Bugs
