Hello!

I was wondering if any modders whom are looking for ideas, would possibly be able to create a mod where we can pull over other police vehicles, arrest officers for misconduct, murder, etc. I play as a sergeant and would love to be able to have the abilities to ensure my officers are abiding by the same laws they are enforcing.
