Hi,

 

By looking at your PC specs, you have a really decent gaming PC. So I recommend VisualV which can be find here, and brighter night for VisualV makes the night looks more realistic. 

 

It works with ELS, if you have your "PostFX" set to very high in your graphic settings, the lights will be very bright.
