The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Thanks for that! However I still can't get it to work, i redownloaded everything *shrug*
And I have been using 'Speed Radar Lite' for the time being.
