ELS Police lights do not bright

Hi guys, I have a problem with all police els cars. The lights do not bright but are like in img. I have ALL MAX graphics settings in GTAV and I have downloaded Radiance V.. (Visualsetting.dat) is increased, But still doesn't work and of course the els vehicle xml are in the els folder into pack_default. Do not post any other threads because I have read all them and I followed all the steps. SOMEONE can help me to fix it????? Thanks!

Hey!

First; make sure you have PostFx and Shader on Ultra.

Second; make sure you install visual mod, like MVGA.

If you don't want an entire graphics mod, just use MVGA's visualsettings and hbao file.
