Try to disable your "C:/GTA/PLUGINS/LSPDFR" Folder by renaming it to "´_LSPDFR".

.oiv files are files, that you can automatically install via OpenIV. .oiv files alone cannot make your game crash.

 

Disable your mods folder by renaming it to f. e. _mods .

Try also to reinstall lspdfr and if the problem is not resolved rename mods folder in _mods

to remove texture loss: Set Main.PreloadAllModels to false in the lspdfr.ini file.
