anyone know where I can find a 'unlocked' GMC SAVANA 2005 van I know there already one of thoses vans on this site but I really do like those NYPD light bars, I've also looked on a few other site but there all locked

This whole thing with the GMC Savanna being released as PPV just started and it's probably going to be awhile before an unlocked one is released i'm afraid.
