The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Played my game last night no problem, now all of a sudden, My script hook is crashing saying "unknown game version". Anybody have a fix for this?

GTA V has recently updated in the last day or two.  Unfortunately this means that we now need to wait for a new version of ScriptHook V to be available.  

Or you could disable all the mods that uses scripthook v and continue playing lspdfr without the extras if you cannot wait.
