The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Ok so I have fixed mine. 

    i reinstalled gta and put everything back in max of 3 at a time to see what was working and not working. For me it was a callout. looking at your rage file something went wrong with the EUP outfits not having a name and not being able to load.

    I had tried to reinstall LSPDFR, also the outfits. But LSPDFR, has crashed again...

    its still the outfits, so while script hook 5 is down for probable 2 or 3 days uninstall the game and reinstall it and put everything back except the EUP try and load it, after it loads and run put in the EUP but only put in EUP menu if you have it and EUP L&O dont mod it any further and see if it works. but you have to wait for the new script hook 5 to come out.
