Hi, a previous thread said to make my own thread if I'm having trouble so here it is. A lot of different issues I've been having so just want to try to get them all out now. Any help is appreciated...will try to donate to support.

 

I recently downloaded 0.4.7 and it keeps crashing. When I used 0.4.6 it worked like a charm (for the most part). I updated my RAGE hook and even uninstalled and reinstalled 0.4.7, but to no avail. What happens is the game loads as normal, and when it finally pulls up, as the map is zooming in on my created character, the game continue to load and eventually will say "first response.dll has crashed," and switch to one of the 3 main characters. Playing the game as normal without LSPDFR everything is ok, mods and all. It's just using the new LSPDFR software. It worked only once, was very slow, and none of my controls worked.

 

Also, a couple other things:

1. I have to press ctrl+F4 to bring up my menu instead of just F4 alone
2. With the assorted callouts script and others alike, whenever I'm supposed to use "Y" to interact (car accident, fire, bank heist, etc.), it never works for some reason.
3. If I'm scrolling through my menu, like for calling for backup, as I press "down" on my controller or "left" and my lights and sirens are on, it cycles through them.
4. I tried to download and use traffic policer, and nothing worked. I could breathalyze, and biggest of all was I couldn't park somewhere and catch speeders
   1. I think the last version of traffic policer wasn't compatible with anything but the version of LSPDFR it was released with
5. None of my main game blips are appearing, only mods and stuff

 

I know it's a lot, but I wanted to try to get all the issues out at once and get the problem(s) corrected. There may be more, so please bear with me..Attached is my RAGE log; I appreciate any help.

You have a bunch of stuff checked that makes you unable to play LSPD:FR, like NoDx. That disables the console, btw.

 

1. Open commandline.txt in your GTA V folder and remove everything in it. Save & close.
2. Update LSPD:FR to 0.47. Use the manual setup.

3. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

Ok so I changed everything you mentioned. Regarding NoDx, do I need to change anything additional other than the 3 things you listed to ensure that works???

Do those first and if it crashes still, please send your RagePluginHook.log.

It worked for a minute and as soon as I got into the streets, I heard a kind of "ding" and a big notification that said it crashed. Also, there are a lot of extra menus that pop up underneath other menus, don't know how to correct that.

I don't see it, I think it's already gone?

It should be located in /Plugins/LSPDFR. And it's still being loaded.

It worked well for a long while and then just crashed. 

 

Oh and do you have an idea for changing my controls? When I go to select certain things or select something in general, it triggers my ELS

You need UltimateBackup for UnitedCallouts. Install it.

Ok this time as soon as it loaded the world for the game, I heard "ding" and an error message saying the game crashed

I did not. If I rename it, the game wont read my mods will it?

Ok so I also tried changing "mods" to "_mods" and it did the same thing. So as it loads the world, I'd hear a "ding" and it says that LSPD First response has crashed.

Verify your game files and reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual. 

 

Try creating a new character if none of the above worked.

How do I delete the current one? It's going to automatically load...

Just reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual over and replace if asked.

 

Don't load LSPD:FR on startup. You should be able to switch / change character if you remove the LSPDFR files.

Alright tried that and it still crashed. Is the script itself bad???

Rename mods to _mods. One of your vehicles is invalid. 
If you are using lml, remove it.
