The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You haven't installed the latest ragepluginhook version. If the problem is not solved write in this section again. Which mods have you installed in addition to LSPDFR?

    Thanks for the help, I updated RPH did not resolve issue. I have attached a new RPH Log. 

    Mods i have on gta currenlty.

    Clear the way,

    Copper callouts,

    Emergency strobes,

    first callouts,

    moreradiochatter,

    officer status plugin,

    panic button,

    peterucallouts,

    stoptheped,

    ultimate backup.

    Reinstall LSPD:FR 0.47 manual. Once you've done that, rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR. 

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?
