Can you clarify what you mean? Are you talking about having the AI officers wear EUP uniforms?

Sorry, what I mean is, I want to make a female ai ped into a coroner, I did this with a female police officer "S_F_M_COP_01" renamed "S_F_M_COP_02" as an addon ped but could not remove the utility belt, there is a female coroner uniform in EUP and wondered if I could use that to create my ped. There is a lot of tutorials and I have tried some of them, but I can not get it to work properly through them.

Do you know of a better suited ped model I could use? I have been through the x64 files, EUP files (cannot find the female coroner if I'm honest but it is in the EUP menu), this and other sites, looking to download a female ped with jacket and trousers but to no avail.

Hope to hear back from you soon, thanks

What you can do is use the customization feature of Ultimate Backup and Stop the Ped to set it to the desired ped. Ultimate Backup comes with customizable XML files that'll let you change the ped model of the coroner.  You can just scroll down to the coroner backup section and change the ped model from "S_M_M_DOCTOR_01" to "mp_f_freemode_01". From there you can fill in all of the corresponding EUP components you would want.  Then, if you call for the coroner using Stop the Ped, they'll respond with whatever you have set.

For example, here's a line from my Ultimate Backup XML that gives lspd backup EUP uniforms (I haven't changed the coroner so I don't have an example for that):

<Peds>
<Ped comp_tasks="14" comp_shoes="52" comp_shirtoverlay="191" comp_shirt="1" comp_pants="36" comp_hands="53" comp_eyes="9"  comp_accessories="57" comp_decals="1" chance="50">mp_m_freemode_01</Ped>

</Peds>
