The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Lspdfr keeps crashing while going on duty

I have already installed a fresh copy of the game and lspdfr 4.6 and it still crashes when going on duty, the only extras I have right now is els and a few mod police cars. Any one have any ideas how to fix this?

you're game freezed, this mean that your pc was to hot and crashed, relieve your graphic settings or remove some mods if you have some
