I have version 4.6 installed and the latest on is 4.8 but its not supporting my operating system as I have windows 8 

 

any Idea what to do?

    You still have to update your .Net Framework. The problem, you have windows 8 and windows 8 doesn't support the newest .Net Framework. You have to upgrade to windows 10, moreover windows 8 is a broken operating system.
