The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Vehicles.OAC siren replace problem.

Hey guys, I tried to replace my Fire Truck siren to a different one, which I recorded and turned into a 16bit WAV PCM format audio file. I did everything correct, replace it with the correct name, then drag the vehicles.oac back into OPENIV with edit mode on. However, I got this damn message. "vehicles.oac(Line 6320): Invalid WAVE Audio format. Audio must be in PCM format."

 

This is extremely frustrating, as the audio IS INDEED in PCM format, and the hz rate is as low as it can go before it sounds like a crappy sound chip in a £1 toy and not like a siren. I have had no luck on two other forums but neither of them got a single response.
