The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?

I replaced Carvariations.ymt when installing a new car pack and I believe it may be the cause. I don’t know how to get the original version back. If that is even the problem  image.thumb.jpeg.084b4e8aae14766c655a0cbc06015951.jpeg

    If you installed this in a mods>patchday folder, you can re-open the folder in OpenIV and delete the files (i.e. if you installed it as police3, just delete those) and the original game models should return to your game.
