any advice please , before installing an OIV and doing nonsense , do you recommend "Real Dispatch Emergency"  ? For the addition of slots  , are there other slots for emergency vehicles ? also in the game led by AI ?    I have a  no clean mod folder , I have tons of stuff , various  mods and visualV all the meta and carvaration modified for various vehicles in all the slots , and I don't have a gaming PC ,  does it take a lot of space ? I already have the various gameconfigurations ect , does it not replace vehicles meta and carvaration and just an addition ? i am a little afraid with oiv , sorry for my english !
