I am having a problem with getting car mods in game. I am using sparkIV and winrar and already know how to install them. However the car mods I install appear correct in sparkIV but in the game I only have the default cars and none of the car mods. Can anyone help me fix this problem please. :wallbash:

You need to click "Save" and "Rebuild" in SparkIV

And you have to export the vehicles.img and put it in the cdimages in your directory.

I do all of those steps I save, rebuild, export and replace and yet it still does not show up in game nor does it replace the defualt cars in the game. Also, thank you james.

In the lcpdfr ini file in your scripts folder you have to change the preload all models to true not false that will fix your problem

Ok I see scripts then I see LCPDFR file when i click on it what comes up is a file named audio, GUID, and Installed version. Can you go in more detail please.

Ok now I change the preload all models to true reloaded the car mods into sparkIv replace the vehicles folder and yet the cars still are not in the game. :wallbash:

Don't export unless your backin up files just import wtf and WTD files and save and rebuild I have problems when doing more cars at once add one car rebuild and save then close spark then reopen run as admin and make sure nothing is set to read only right click on your gta Iv directory and make sure not read only in tick that

I changed the folder so that it wasnt read only but it keeps changing itself back. :confused:
