LSPDFR wont load at all

Featured Replies

I've tried everything, clean install along with all kinds of different Rage settings and I really want to get back into playing LSPDFR again but it will not load at all and I don't know what to do.  I've added Heap Adjuster and Pack Limit adjuster.  Latest files and used recommended settings and I don't know what to do. I know I'm one of many having crash issues now and really wish there was a solution.  I try to read my crash logs and its like a foreign language to me.  GTA V through the Rockstar Launcher loads up normally just fine but as soon as I go through rage it freezes and crashes on the loading screen.  With or without plugins loading on startup GTA wont even load thru rage without LSPDFR loaded on startup its just a constant crash.  I've tried about 4 fresh installs the last 3 weeks and no luck.  Any other tips or help I appreciate it.

Lets try to disable all of your mods, plugins. So that you only have the standard lspdfr and rph files.

This looks like an error in your commandline.txt in main folder of gta. try to delete the commandline.txt. it will automatically create a new one.

Whats up with that?: Pixel Shader 5.0 not supported. Falling back to 4.0.

Try to start gta in safe mode wit rph.

Hello OfficerChris1,

Thank you for taking a look for me!  I deleted my commandline.txt in my gta main folder and it works, I didn't disable mods or plugins or anything, simply deleting that text solved the problem for right now.  The game loads in full screen with all plugins disabled on startup, so I just manually reload all plugs thru the command line and it works, so thank you for the tips!  If I run into another problem I will try your other suggestions but for now it works so thankyou so much.

I think you manually tried to edit the commandline.txt . If you make a little mistake like forgetting a space one time windowed[SPACE]-disableCustomLoadingScreen then the whole game doesnt start.

Maybe (if this space was the only fault) adding a space at that space would have solved the problem. If you still have the file you can try it.
