Hey. I've been watching a few LCPD:FR videos on YouTube etc, and I saw a kinda..police computer on this video?

Can anyone tell me what it is? I'm not sure if the whole "get name, look up in car database" is a mod or not, but it looks awesome.

That police computer is a part of LCPDFR. Simply press E in a police car to start it while on duty.

I thought about that, but that opens the regular GTA IV police computer, and I didn't see a way to unbind it, if that is what I am meant to do. Can you give me a hand?

Make sure you are on duty and you press the exact key (E). I don't think you can unbind it.

On duty and I press E and it brings up the blue one :|.

Are you using version 0.95?

Also: Not sure if this is relevant, but the options that come up for me whenever I pull somebody over are completely different. All the ones in the videos I have seen are different to mine, which shows LCPDFR Menu (or something vaguely along those lines) in the top left corner..

Try pressing E and then press it again to close the computer and open it up again. Sometimes it takes a couple of times for me to bring it up, but it comes up the first time more often. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling LCPD:FR and reinstall it and see if that works.

I think you are using version 0.91. Install 0.95, it's better :)

Looks like I dun goof'd and installed 0.91, i've just installed 0.95 and am testing it out now.
