The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Any way to allow EUP ped to use tactical walk [SOLVED]

I wanna know if its possible to allow a EUP ped to use the tactical or sneak walk in the game, it adds a bit of immersion if possible, I myself don't know how to script or anything to figure it out so all reply's are appreciated!

After a long time of wanting this i have found a solution! A mod made by Hanako fixes this 

all you need to do is install and it adds the stealth walk with EUP peds
