Hello guys.

 

First of all! I'm not new to modding. I've done it to many games before. And I've even played GTA V with mods now for the last couple of 2 weeks or so. Sure! I'm not used to this type of modding platforms like OpenIV that's used for GTA V but I'm learning fast.

Secondly, I've researched many forums and YouTube tutorials that have slightly contained somewhat of my problems but I can't get any grip of what I've done wrong so I reach out to you now for guidance!

I've tried everything from putting an _ before the mods, lspdfr and plugins folders but that didn't work. I've tried remove all the mods, uninstall and install all the LSPDFR, RPH, ScripthookV and everything that's in the GTA V folder. Hell, I've even tried to uninstall and install the game one time! Still, I can't get a grip of what's wrong. I've tried changing the values of Main.PreloadAllModels in  the lspdfr.ini file from true to false. I've tried reinstall the ASI Manager. I've tried EVERYTHING. Starting up the game and after that alt+tab out and start up RPH.  I've changed the Plugin timeout threshold to 60000. And I always play with Don't load any pluigins on startup. I've tried forcing windowed mode. I've even tried putting GTA V and RPH as an exception for the firewall! Hell, I even turned of the firewall.

And yet, NOTHING works so I seek out to you for help.  And I hope you could guide me to what the hell I've done so I won't do it in the future.

The game itself starts up fine with no problem by itself but everytime RPH goes on, everything freze and it crashes. I'll attach the RPH Log and hope you may have the answer.

1. Open commandline.txt and delete everything in it. Type -windowed then save & close.

2. Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your Computer after. 

2.5 If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it. 

Also, remove your GPU driver (nVidia or Radeon) and do a clean reinstall. That usually works.
