Firstly I have a British set up, so we cannot use EUP. i'm running a mods folder and have changed all the cop files to British cops manually. There are still American cops in Game, so I have edited the agency.xml And i now have all British cops...  never had a problem until a couple of days ago I've noticed when calling for back up i get the odd American Cop... For males Its state patrol and Females is Local patrol .... every other back up is as per my british cops setup... Where are these cops coming from.... is it Ultimate backup update? Is there another xml needs changing?
