Problems with ExTras & Custom Parts

Hi every one!

I have found an amazing mod that I wan to implement in to a RageMP server:

The thing is that this mod have extras as the lightbar on the roof. And Currently at the moment of the spawn it only appear with one extra, and is random.
Sadly I have try even set up the flag FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL  and It does not set up all the extras at the moment of the spawn.
I even set up the <extrasRequire> and the <requiredExtras> and they are not working ether. (Ofc with the flag FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE)
So at the time of the spawn this happens and I need at least the Light Bar or the Visor lights:

The other problem that I have with this MOD that I Really want is that the tauros is Spawning with visual mods like a Spoiler and a Carbon hood. (PS: I replace the police3 with this one).
And to be honest I do not know what to do with that:

Any Help would do Since I really like the models of this mods.

PS: RageMP Does not have or allows a Trainer.
