The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Lightbars still remain off when switching between stages, i would hear the siren go but no lights.

I didn't install any custom cars, the incident just occured out of the bloom and when I launched up the game today, ELS began working again..... no clue what even happened.

So the issue is solved? Also, you aren't using custom cars? Then how are you using ELS?

I meant I haven't installed custom cars recently, the issue solved itself
