I don't know if this is just me but after playing LSPDFR after a while, a call would pop up and I press Y to accept the call. However, it does absolutely nothing when I press Y to accept the call, No waypoint appears on the mini map.

Uninstall arrest manger and use stop the ped.

Was there an update for scripthookv? If not, ELS just stopped working properly. ELS panel pops up and lighting stages can be activated but none of the lights begin flashing.

As soon as I force duty via console or go on duty at the station, my game would just crash every time. This began recently, I haven't installed anything recently either so I'm not too sure on whats causing this issue. RagePluginHook.log

I meant I haven't installed custom cars recently, the issue solved itself

I didn't install any custom cars, the incident just occured out of the bloom and when I launched up the game today, ELS began working again..... no clue what even happened.

Lightbars still remain off when switching between stages, i would hear the siren go but no lights.

The ELS control panel pops up and the activation buttons also works but none of the red,blues, or amber lights begin flashing. Only the tail lights and headlights flash. Although the ELS control panel confirms that the lights are activated, the lightbars would be off. RagePluginHook.log ScriptHookV.log

Tried multiple car packs and I'm getting the same result. I've pretty much replaced the cars in any patchday with the vehicles.rpf in them. At this point I have no idea what to do.

Any patchday doesn't seem to work, not even the latest one.

It doesn't work for all of them, even weapon models would do the same thing.

Still doesn't work, in open IV it loads up the actual model. While in game, it still loads the default cruisers.
