All thats saying is that your stats could not be sent to the server as it was down, and recently there has been some hickups with their servers, so this is nothing to worry about. When you have been here for a while, you will get use to it :)

i installed cvpi_epl9000 from lcpdfr

No it just tell me that GTAiv isnt working and that its the game loads and the Crashes on the misson Screen

oh and i used sparkiv to install the car mod then after that the game crashes...i watch a tut video of how to install car mods

When you opened vehicles.img and replaced the car did you "Rebuild" and then Save? If not, go back in to SparkIV, re-import the files and then Rebuild & Save again.
