The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It worked for me before I tried to go NOOSE but bugged out with something about LSPDFR Traffic stop Keys being the same as LSPDFR Traffic stop keys and with me not being able to do anything cause of the text box I exited the game and relaunched only for it to crash 2 times.
