The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have tried everything but rage still does not hook and says I do not have the right permissions or bad antivirus. I disabled my antivirus so I don't think that is the problem. I tried to find the crash report but there is no rage text document showing my report. TIA.

    Don't disable your Antivirus. Add your GTA V folder to your AV exceptions, but don't completely disable it.
    If you have RivaTuner (Comes with MSI Afterburner), delete it. 
    If you have any kind of Overlay, like GeForce Experience, disable it.

    Also, can you show us your path & folder name for where you run GTA V from?

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

    I still kinda have this issue. What seems to work for me is if it fails to restart pc and open rage threw setting save and continue. Only way iv found around it.  Good point tho Stranger im gonna try to disable GeForce

    i finally figured it out. no matter what i did with my antivirus settings it still would not work. what i had to do was before i moved files from winrar to gta 5 main directory i just right clicked and went to properties and checked a little box in the bottom right to allow the files to be transferred. thank you all for your help.
